Jurutera Perunding Zaaba Sdn. Bhd.’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy is in accordance with the provisions of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 and other relevant acts. This policy also aligns with Jurutera Perunding Zaaba Sdn. Bhd.’s vision, mission, strategic plan and aspirations.
This policy applies to all Jurutera Perunding Zaaba Sdn. Bhd.’s employees including stakeholders who involved in any dealings with Jurutera Perunding Zaaba Sdn. Bhd. and is used as a framework in positioning, reviewing and achieving the Anti-Bribery and Corruption objectives.
Jurutera Perunding Zaaba Sdn. Bhd.’s Board of Directors and the Management are committed to implementing all policies and procedures to prevent any form of corruption as well as to undertaking continuous improvement through the Anti-Bribery Management System (ISO 37001).
Through our Whistle-blowing Policy, Jurutera Perunding Zaaba Sdn. Bhd. will continuously provide opportunities to all employees and stakeholders to disclose and report any practice of corruption.
The Integrity Unit of Jurutera Perunding Zaaba Sdn. Bhd. is established to independently monitor and ensure the Anti-Bribery Management System is implemented and subsequently to report to Management for evaluation and improvement.
An appropriate action will be taken against any Jurutera Perunding Zaaba Sdn. Bhd.’s employees who fail to comply with this Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
